The Fee structure for Criminal Matters:

When someone is facing a criminal charge they usually want some certainty regarding the outcome of their case and how much the entire representation will cost. Unfortunately, no lawyer can provide any guarantee or certainty with respect to the outcome of the matter as every case is unique and will depend on many factors. 

However, as a client with Vakili Law Group, our clients are provided with certainty with respect to their legal fees. Fees are quoted on a “block fee” basis meaning a flat rate fee will apply. In other words, a client does not need to worry about being billed hourly and ending up with an exorbitant fee at the end of their case.

Every case is unique, with its own set of circumstances, which is why the first consultation is always FREE. In order to quote an accurate fee, we need to learn a little more about your case and we accomplish this by providing a FREE initial consultation.
